It was a memorable and great evening. Meeting pastor Ivan, C Mo, brothers and sisters from VCAC, a church we been cultivated when we lived in Vancouver. So many laughs and sharing. Even though we didn't seen each other very often, we still very much the same. 
I hope we can have gatherings like this more often. Involving more brothers and sisters. Not only 飲飲食食, but support each other.
There's hard time and good time in our lives. But, since we are Jesus's followers. We need to "STAND FIRM".
As the bible tells us:
"For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for Disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

| Well, long time no xanga. So many things happen. But ... I know ... God is good. He knows me. He trains me. Five years since I moved back from Vancouver. Times flied. I will share more starting tomorrow.

| 2008 March is a busy month for me. I just visited my "home" last weekend 3 1/2 hours drive for 東莞 to my 家鄉 (羅定...a place somewhere in 廣東but not yet 廣西), 2 days trip, the purpose of this trip was 拜山, My grandmom pasted away last November. I cannot attend her funeral because I just had operation on my left knee. This time, a traditional custom, I had to go. But it was a busy 2 days. I got some photos on my facebook. Then I need to drive another 3 1/2 hours back from my home to 東莞. When I woke up next morning...soreness all over my body....  Next week, I will go to indonesia for 6 days (20-25). A short-term missonary trip. We will go to some villages in Java. Our team has 16 brothers and sisters. Don't know what will happen, but i know I will experience something new from God..... We will face a spiritual war, majority indonesia are muslim (88% of 200 millions population). Publicly talking gospel is prohibited. We need wisdom from God to lead us what to do. Please pray for us. You prayer support is very important. | | |
| You are a capable person but you usually underestimate your own ability. This is the cause of missing numbers of opportunity to step forward. If you try to give yourself a chance, you can be successful in life. Try to see things on the bright side and you will be happier than ever. Your Love, You are quite unlucky in love. | Last week (初三), I went to 東莞, join a camp which was held by 國際活泉基金, a camp which involved 20+ brothers and sisters from HK and 70+ brothers and sisters from mainland. The camp was from sunday to tuesday （初四至初六）. I was a group leader. My group has 4 HK brothers & sisters and 10 mainland brothers & sisters. The mian theme of the camp is 服侍. We had great "praise & worship". Praise & worship was lead by a group of young mainland brothers & sisters. They have a group name--U Spring. Programs included sharings, testimonies, messages from pastors, bible study, group games, group sharing...etc. And most important, this camp's main language is 普通話, Speaking 普通話 to lead group was a big challenge on me. Before the camp i was so afraid. I even want to make up some excuse and quit the camp. Thank God, He have me strength to face this task.  I don't remember last time i had a camp like this. After 3+ years in HK, God gave me another chance to serve and experience again. This camp inspired me alot. Mainland' brothers and sisters have a very desparate heart to look for God's word. Their bible knowledge is rich. They treasure every moment to share their opinions. They are very faithful. They look for every opportunity to serve God at their working place/family.... I didn't do much but by being living with them for 3 days. Instead, I need to learn from them. There will be a 短宣 to 四川 this summer. Looking forward to this experience. But i can't eat spicy food....hum..God, please help me. | | |
